Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MG Legals handles information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, the details you enter (your name, email address, optional phone number, the subject of your enquiry, and your message) are placed in a pre-filled WhatsApp message to the firm. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the form details are not stored on this website's servers.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It records anonymous, aggregated data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser to remember the legal disclaimer. You will see the disclaimer again each time you reload the website.
Sharing and retention
We share your enquiry only with the people at the firm who need it to respond, and with WhatsApp, which delivers the message under its own privacy policy. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and meet our professional obligations.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential case documents through the website form.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent us by writing to advocate.manish.g@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
